Bosch MD1CS069: donor matching on the new tractor platform
The MD1CS069 file layout differs from the EDC17 family. 183 verified solutions under three makes in the library; how segment checks and donor selection work.

The MD1CS069 is the control unit we see most often on farm tractors within Bosch's MD1 generation. It does not work the same way as the EDC17 family: memory layout, the position of calibration areas and the checksum structure are different. A patch logic that works on EDC17 therefore cannot simply be carried over to the MD1CS069.
Library status
The MD1CS069 rows currently hold 183 verified solutions under three makes:
NEW HOLLAND 85 solutions
CASE IH 51 solutions
CARRARO 47 solutions
Operations ready on these rows: Stage 1, AdBlue/SCR, DPF, EGR, Full Emission, DTC and combined packages (Stage 1 + AdBlue/SCR, Stage 1 + Full Emission, Stage 1 + AdBlue/SCR + DTC).
Why donor matching matters
It is not enough for a solution to be on "the same ECU". The calibration difference between the donor file the patch was learned from and the customer's file decides whether the segments sit where they are expected. Because the MD1CS069 is a relatively new platform, donor variety in the library is narrower than for EDC17, so matching has to be more selective.
The system handles it like this: the identity of the uploaded file (HW/SW, part number, binary signature) is read, donors from the same family are searched, and every candidate's segments are checked at byte level. If not ALL segments verify, the file is not delivered — no half-applied file is ever produced.
Checksum
On MD1CS069 files the checksum is corrected by the built-in PrimeChecksum engine in the same flow. You do not need to switch to a separate tool. If the engine does not recognise a structure, the checksum is SKIPPED for safety and this is written to the report — a wrong checksum is never written silently.
When there is no result
If the library has no donor that fits that calibration, the operation is not opened and no credit is used. In that case you can upload the file and leave a request; you are notified when a solution is added.
Emissions-related operations are offered only for use permitted by local regulations (e.g. off-road / competition / export); responsibility lies with the user.
